About the Role

Location:Trowbridge, Wiltshire.


Hours: 38 hours per week (approx. 39.5 hours including 1 Saturday per month)


Hours may be shared between more than one Support Worker.

  • Monday – 6 hours (typically 12:00–18:00, may vary to 10:00–16:00)
  • Tuesday – 8 hours (08:30–16:30)
  • Thursday – 6 hours (17:00–23:00 or 18:00–00:00)
  • Friday – 12 hours (split shift: 6 hours day & 6 hours evening, e.g. 10:00–22:00 or 11:00–23:00)
  • Sunday – 6 hours
  • Saturday – 6 hours (1 per month)

    • Flexibility is required, particularly on Fridays, weekends, and in line with Bobby and his family’s plans. Bank hours are also available to cover absences of the current team.


    Pay:

  • £15.00 per hour – Weekday day shifts (Monday–Friday)
  • £16.00 per hour – Weekends & bank holidays (day shifts)
