Our service supports 4 people who require a wide range of support, including emotional support, learning new coping mechanisms, and expressing their true selves. Each of them has several hours of 1:1 support during the day as well as some shared support day and night.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with people with enduring mental health conditions, a keen interest in the psychology behind complex behaviours that challenge, and a willingness to learn and practice Positive Behaviour Support.
