Support Worker - Carlisle

We are looking for experienced Support Workers in Carlisle to provide personalized care for a non-verbal autistic customer. This role would suit someone who brings experience working with children and/or young people, along with a calm and consistent approach to higher-care environments.

What the day looks like

You’ll be part of one person’s daily life, supporting them to feel safe, understood, and as independent as possible.

• Personal care, including continence care and grooming
• Using observation, patience and tailored communication approaches
• Supporting with meals, participation in daily routines and therapy
• School drop off and pick up
