Salary: £13.80 per hour

Hours: 36hrs or 48hrs per week

Shift Times: Night shifts on a 4‑week rota – 12‑hour shifts (20:00–08:00), including alternative weekends.

Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person ready to make a positive impact at Forest View, a modern purpose‑designed 60‑bed care home in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. The facility focuses on creating a supportive and engaging environment for residents with dementia.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
• Offering personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
