About the Role

1. Support Ticket Resolution: Resolve a minimum of 60 support tickets per day. Maintain an average resolution time of less than 5 hours. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all support ticket resolutions. 2. App-Related Tasks: Complete all app-related tasks as per SOP with 99% accuracy by the next day (R+1 day). Ensure the accuracy of 99% of data entered for app-related formalities. 3.Admission Formalities: Complete all admission formalities as per SOP within the next day (A+1 day). Ensure the accuracy of 99% of data entered for admission formalities. 4. Registration Formalities: Complete all registration formalities as per SOP within the required timelines.
