We’re looking for a high-performing Support Engineer to join a forward-thinking Development & Engineering team. This role blends production support, DevOps, and modern SRE practices, with a strong emphasis on automation, observability, and AI-driven operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own L2/L3 support across applications, APIs, data platforms, and event-driven systems
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep/ARM)
  • Enhance observability (monitoring, alerting, tracing, dashboards)
  • Automate workflows, runbooks, and remediation processes
  • Support data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and platform operations
