About the role

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated individual into a Support Assistant post at Bury Employment Support and Training (Bury EST). This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively with a range of partners and stakeholders in generating income for the Bury EST service and developing income ideas to enable the service to continue to operate as a Trading Account.

Ideally the candidate will be able to provide the highest standards of professional and practical support to disabled and disadvantaged customers under the direction of the Bury EST Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader. The role involves developing an individual’s skills to reach their potential, whether this is employment or life skills/independence.
