General Summary

This role handles operational purchasing for indirect materials, including sourcing quotes, preparing bid comparisons, and creating POs in D365. The role requires managing daily supplier communication, supporting negotiations, maintaining accurate supplier and article master data, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and audit requirements. This role also works closely with internal stakeholders and contributes to process improvements and IDM purchasing rollouts across multiple entities.
