Position SummaryThe Global MRO & Plant Facilities Sourcing Manager is a critical leadership role within Polaris' Indirect Sourcing organization, accountable for shaping and executing the global sourcing strategy for MRO and plant‐related services.
This role exists in response to the scale, complexity, and operational criticality of MRO spend across Polaris' global manufacturing footprint.
As Polaris continues to mature Indirect Sourcing and support a growing, increasingly international business, this leader will provide focused ownership of one of the company's largest and most operationally intensive indirect spend categories.
The role is responsible for driving supplier consolidation, improving service levels, strengthening site support, and delivering measurable cost and performance outcomes across regions.
