Supply Planning Lead

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Supply Planning Lead.
**What you'll do**:
- This position will be an integral member of Power Delivery and Regulation Division (PDRD) Supply Chain Team, with responsibilities aimed at the development of exceptional Customer delivery through accurate schedule.
The Supply Planning Lead will manage the Master Scheduling process strategy; support the Supply team in Quoted Lead time, Order Scheduling, Order Promising and overall fulfillment strategy.
Lead SIOP/Demand & Supply Planning & Integretion ( steps at LIPE) you will use proven leadership and change management skills to understand the overall Demand objectives and Supply Constraints and convert into an optimal SKU or Proxy level forecast unit and dollar forecast.
You will manage processes related to capacity and service level forecasting (volume and mix), Available to Promise (ATP) logic, and capacity/constraint management.
