About the Role

I’m excited to be partnering with a fast-growing fashion retail brand in the heart of London. They’re undergoing a period of huge expansion and are now looking for a Supply Planner to join the team on an initial 6-month contract (1 day in London office).

In this role, you’ll manage the monthly buying cycle, ensuring it is executed accurately and on time, while developing and aligning buy proposals ahead of sourcing. You’ll monitor stock levels and proactively respond to potential shortages or excess by adjusting production output or inventory, working closely with key stakeholders to support strategic decisions on current and future stock holding.

You will:
Execute the monthly buy, create buy proposals, and manage o9 exceptions and order-date adjustments.
Proactively respond to shortages or surpluses by adjusting factory output or DC inventory, and action global pre-load instructions.
