Job Purpose

The purpose of the Supply Chain Supervisor role is to oversee and coordinate departmental activities within the assigned department to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role is responsible for meeting departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), optimizing workflow, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply chain performance. Through effective leadership and operational control, the Supply Chain Supervisor ensures that all tasks are executed timeously and to the required quality standards.
