Supply Chain Performance Lead (Guadalajara)

Designs, delivers and governs KPIs, their directly linked processes and tools under GSC&S; ownership. Leverages these KPIs to create actionable insights and recommendations to GSC&S; and site/region stakeholders, supporting them in making the right decisions and fulfil KPI targets.

Works closely with Network Planning and site/regional reps to identify needs and opportunities for new KPIs, metrics and tools that support AZ Ops strategy and scorecard targets. Leads citizen development initiatives for these needs & opportunities, embedding new tools and KPIs in BAU processes.
