Supply Chain Operations Manager

Role:

Drive the strategic vision and day-to-day execution of our external business portfolio. This pivotal leadership role oversees end-to-end Distribution Center (DC) performance, manages strategic 3PL and vendor partnerships, and champions continuous improvement to maximize cost-efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Align operations with corporate goals, own operational budgets/forecasting, and take full accountability for key metrics like Inventory Accuracy, OTD, and minimize customer claims.
• Direct daily warehouse operations, optimize inventory frameworks to protect working capital, and rigorously manage 3PL and contractor SLA compliance (transport, picking, labelling).
• Eliminate operational bottlenecks, implement scalable cost-optimization solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline the broader supply chain ecosystem.
