• Formulate medium and long-term supply chain strategies for domestic China market and cross-border export supply chain to Singapore, aligned with Micun's nationwide store expansion in China and overseas store rollout schedule in Singapore build a coordinated dual-region supply network.
• Oversee network layout of domestic central kitchens, regional distribution warehouses and Singapore local cold chain warehouses, matching storage and distribution demands of all SKUs including pre-made bibimbap sauce, pickled cabbages, frozen diced beef, rice and packaging materials.
• Balance cost structures of two supply chain systems, covering domestic bulk purchasing cost, sea/air freight between China and Singapore, customs clearance charges and Singapore GST as well as local replenishment cost in Singapore set annual targets for cost reduction, material loss and inventory turnover.
