About the Role

Role Overview

The SCM Executive (Junior) supports daily supply chain operations including procurement coordination, material planning, inventory control, logistics follow-ups, and ERP documentation. The role ensures timely material availability, accurate records, and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal teams to avoid production disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in raising PRs and POs and supporting RFQs

  • Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations and deliveries

  • Support material planning and track daily shortages

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock counts

  • Coordinate inbound logistics and shipment tracking (ASN)

  • Update ERP and Excel trackers and maintain SCM reports

  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Finance, and Engineering teams
