About the Role

            ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Contract review & management: Oversee end-to-end review of all indirect materials/services, logistics & warehousing contracts. Ensure each agreement meets operational requirements (pricing, delivery, quality standards) and complies with company policies before approval. Minimize liability of AE in its supply chain and vendor contracts. 
Negotiation & issue resolution: Review and revise contracts, and directly negotiate contract terms with suppliers and suppliers’ suppliers within defined guidelines. Resolve commercial points and obtain input from other departments on specialized terms. 
Policy and procedures development and implementation: Develop and establish a supply chain contracting policy and procedures and standard contract templates, and involve business units, legal, and other stakeholders in the development process.
