About the Role

Tasks

  • Purchase products from suppliers and follow up on orders, deliveries, stock shortages, and back-ordered products (B/O).
  • Identify new suppliers and participate in negotiating pricing and purchasing terms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and follow up on receipts, inventories (including hospital laundries), cycle counts, and discrepancies to ensure product availability.
  • Prepare pick lists, orders, equipment transfers, weekly summaries, and coordinate transportation activities.
  • Produce monthly laundry billing, communicate weekly alerts, and complete quarterly IFTA reports.
  • Process customer orders, assist in opening new accounts, and perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
