Supplier Retros Manager

The role

partners closely with Commercial and Financial Control to drive profitability insights, support pricing decisions, and ensure all commercial income is accurately captured, reported, and realised.

This role provides significant exposure across Commercial and Buying and plays a key role in ongoing systems and process transformation initiatives.

About the Role

Own end-to-end accounting for supplier income (retrospective rebates), including P&L and balance sheet

Lead monthly close, forecasting and reporting of supplier income performance

Maintain robust balance sheet control and act as key audit lead for supplier income areas

Partner with Commercial and Buying teams to drive pricing, margin optimisation and profitability insights

Ensure all supplier income is accurately captured, invoiced, reported and realised as cash
