Responsibilities

• Understand the business needs and objectives
• Evaluate the supplier’s sales trend as the basis for prioritizing brands worth selling and advertising
• Manage, organize, and drive the successful completion of team projects
• Collaborate with clients to determine project goals and strategize plans to achieve them
• Oversee agents' workloads and ensure all assigned tasks are done efficiently and effectively
• Communicate results, suggestions, and solutions to concerns with other departments and management

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business or IT-related course
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage project delivery
