Summary This position is located in the Iowa State or Area Office in USDA/Rural Development (RD). The incumbent serves as a Supervisory Loan Specialist (Commercial), Community Program Staff. The incumbent is primarily responsible for program planning, policy development, administration, coordination and evaluation of the full scope of activities related to the State. The selectee will be require to report directly to one of the locations in this announcement.
