Summary About the Position: As Chief, Technical Support Branch, manages technical engineering activities for the Vicksburg District, a civil works engineering organization responsible for water resource management over parts of three states and the Nation by special assignment. Responsibilities Coordinates with District and higher-level employees concerning review and approval of Branch work and to resolve problems that arise during design or construction. Ensure that Engineer and Construction personnel are properly aligned to meet ERDC engineering and construction needs. Work planning and organization. Plans work to be accomplished and coordinates work of subordinate Sections within the Branch and with other divisions within the District.
