The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to 82d Training Group, 361st Training Squadron, Training Development Element, Sheppard AFB, TX. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 361 TRS/fRR Flight training development flight ensuring that training development and management complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel l management responsibilities. Represents 361st Training Support Flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
