SUPERVISORY ELECTRONICS ENGINEER

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ELECTRONICS ENGINEER on the SUPPORT EQUIPMENT FLEET SUPPORT TEAM (FST) of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST(FRCSW). Responsibilities You will direct and oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of acquisition and sustainment activities within the Support Equipment FST, adapting rapidly to shifting program requirements and budgetary resources. You will exercise full supervisory responsibility and leadership over a multi-disciplinary team, including assigning work, conducting performance appraisals, and managing personnel resources.
