Summary The Supervisory Education Program Specialist serves as the first-line supervisor for the non-clinical Employee Development division within Education and Learning Resources Service at the VA St. Louis Health Care System (VASTLHCS). The primary purpose of this position is to lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of employee education and support programs across multiple campuses. Responsibilities The Supervisory Education Program Specialist serves as the first-line supervisor for the non-clinical Employee Division within the Education and Learning Resources Services at the VA St. Louis Health Care System. The incumbent will lead the planning, coordination, and oversight of facility-wide education and support programs for employees.
