Summary See below for important information regarding this job. Responsibilities Assists with the management of all functions of the shift operations. Formulates policies and makes decisions on matters impacting the branch. Analyzes and interprets workload data to identify problem areas; to anticipate and plan for workload changes; and for use in decision-making presentations and discussions. Exercises control over the supply and distribution of assigned resources, assuring optimum utilization of those resources and assets. Reviews workload and staffing on a daily basis and distributes or redistributes assets in accordance with established policy. Directs the preparation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and enforces the consistent and continue use of those SOPs. Attends and/or chairs conferences, meetings, workshops, etc. to provide input and recommend changes.
