About the Role
Summary This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration. Under the supervision of the Director of the Federal Records Center (FRC) and working closely with Operations Branch (AFO) and facility management personnel, incumbent has responsibility for managing and coordinating the functions relating to the creation, control, transfers, security, storage, maintenance, and disposition of federal records carried out at the facility. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Archives Specialist, you will: Make recommendations on determining personnel resource requirements and selection of personnel; changes in workflow and operating procedures; quality review programs; disciplinary actions; establishment, issuance, and application of performance standards for performance appraisals and award recommendations.
