The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Director, Strategic Plans, Programs, and Requirements; lead an organization responsible for governing the Center's Strategic Planning, Resource Programming, Capability Assessments, and Advanced Program functions. Responsibilities Leads and provides oversight of all Center strategic planning efforts. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents AFTAC with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. As Director, ensures the Center is poised to support the planning and programming of the Future Years Defense Program resources, manpower, and doctrine.
