Job Description

You are responsible for assisting in generating sales through creative retail displays that capture customers' attention, with the goal of providing an excellent in-store experience. You will employ visual merchandising principles to convert window shoppers into prospects by driving branding and sales objectives in order to maximise profitability. You are expected to:

  • Create and implement a visual merchandising strategy
  • Ensure the strategy is in line with the store's brand, products, and target market
  • Generate sketches of visual displays that meet the store's requirements
  • Finalise designs and creating visual displays for display areas
  • Source props, creative materials, and accessories for displays
  • Install and set up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays, or supervise contractors hired for this purpose
