**Reporting to the Senior Delivery Manager, the Transaction Processing Supervisor oversees staff responsible for processing medical and pharmacy bills, correspondence, and other documentation for the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs, as well as managing outbound mail processing for the Acentra Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) print and mail project.**
