About the Role

            Key Responsibilities  Maintain the MicroMix Plant and ensure it is in good working order for lease to internal and external customers. 
Manage the production planning and control of premixtures, fillings, and seasoning mixes. 
Manage inventory planning and control of Prima Food Ingredient stores, including month-end closing reports, Oracle system updates, internal and external audit checks. 
Maintain Premix Production Laboratories and related equipment. 
Assist in setting up new production lines and plants for the Department, Company, and subsidiaries based on R&D outputs. 
Coordinate installation and commissioning of the MicroMix Plant and equipment with vendors, engineers, contractors, and contract workers. 
Work closely with Group System Engineer (installation & commissioning), Deputy Manager, QA (Renewal of Food Licence with SFA), Food Technologists and Research Chef (applications).
