Facilities Maintenance & Guest Services Supervisor

At Cook’s Branch Management, a program of the Cynthia and George Mitchell Foundation, you will join a nationally recognized land stewardship organization dedicated to conservation, sustainability, and exceptional guest experiences across more than 7,100 acres of restored Piney Woods habitat. As the Facilities Maintenance & Guest Services Supervisor, you will lead hands-on facilities operations and supervise guest services staff and contractors to ensure that all buildings, systems, and guest areas are safe, functional, and welcoming. You will balance technical maintenance expertise, team leadership, and hospitality coordination in a mission‑driven environment where care for people and place go hand in hand.
