Supervisor, International Settlements – Scotland office. Responsible for supervising settlement professionals, overseeing day‑to‑day operations across EMEA markets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day team operations across associates and senior associates, ensuring workload is appropriately allocated, priorities are clear, and service levels are consistently met.
• Provide first‑line people leadership including coaching, real‑time feedback, productivity oversight, quality reviews, and support with development plans for team members.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end settlement process across EMEA markets on a daily basis, ensuring trades are instructed, matched, funded, and settled accurately within market deadlines.
