The Opportunity

Based at Wiri, Auckland and reporting to the Shift Manager, this role is responsible for leading production crews to deliver safe, high‑quality output across shift operations. You will take ownership of day‑to‑day production performance, ensuring productivity, output and quality targets are achieved while maintaining strong safety standards. This role supports afternoon and night shift operations, with the PM shift running from 3:30pm through to early morning. Supervisors are staggered across shifts to provide full operational coverage and effective leadership across the site.
