About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Direct daily M&E activities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection) to ensure all installations align with approved shop drawings and specifications.
- Work Coordination: Resolve technical clashes on-site and ensure trades integrate seamlessly without delaying the main construction schedule.
- Quality & Compliance: Inspect workmanship, enforce Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations, and ensure all works meet Singapore standards.
- Safety Management: Conduct daily toolbox briefings, enforce Permit-To-Work systems, and maintain a strict zero-incident safety culture. (1, 2)
- Resource Allocation: Track material deliveries, manage equipment usage, and plan daily or weekly manpower deployment.
- Reporting: Document daily site progress, track inspection records, and report to Project Managers.
