About the Role
Kinetic Industrial are supporting a leading medical services provider in the recruitment of a Production Supervisor. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pmYou will be working this afternoon shift constantly so please be sure that you are able to work these hours before applying. Responsibilities of the new supervisor:
* Oversee daily decontamination and sterilisation operations, ensuring work is completed safely and to strict quality standards
* Supervise and support the team to deliver on production targets and performance goals
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Management System (QMS) standards
* Maintain and monitor quality assurance records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
