+ Submit state registrations, FINRA exam requests, name changes and phone number updates for representatives

+ Follow up as needed for additional information from representatives

+ Navigate through RegEd, FINRA and online systems

+ Analyze responses and be able to know when additional follow up or escalation is needed

+ Prioritize multiple requests

+ Excellent customer service skills

+ Ability to keep excellent records and documentation

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1+ years of support experience in financial services, insurance, or related financial organization a plus

+ College degree is preferred

+ Must have strong communication skills

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

+ Computer proficiency with Word and Excel
