Superintendent - Mission Critical

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Superintendent specializing in Mission Critical construction projects to lead and oversee complex, high-stakes infrastructure developments.
This pivotal role demands a proactive leader capable of managing large-scale construction sites with precision, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Studies specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction, based on knowledge of available tools and equipment and various building methods.
• Coordinates the pre-construction meeting with the Project Manager prior to mobilization.
