**SuccessFactors Compensation Lead / SAP / Remote**
Our client is a global water technology expert. They are looking to hire a SuccessFactors Specialist with experience using the Compensation Module on a contractual basis.
As a long term member of the HRIS team, you’ll be assisting the company by playing a key supporting role for multiple global HR Technology projects. A successful candidate will provide timely and accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure positive employee experience while advising the HRIS team on potential process improvements.
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ 5+ Full Life-cycle implementations of Compensation/SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live
