Subsystem Lead Tower (M/F/D)

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Subsystem Lead Tower. In this role you will perform the following tasks:

YOUR TASKS:
Support of the System lead for Towers
Collaborate closely with the System Lead Tower and the Sub-System Lead for the AMR Tower
Prepare system status, challenges, and issues for relevant review rounds
Maintain deep technical knowledge of tower components
Collaborate with design team members to define and refine technical solutions and system architecture
Ensure consistent standards are applied across steel and concrete/hybrid towers
Creation or release of documents related to the System (e.G. System Support document, Product validation plans etc.)
Act as the Tower representative in all major tower meetings, covering both steel and hybrid towers when requested by System lead
