• Prepare and upload CADs and product design files to the internal system for review and validation by the Data Control team.
• Enter all licensed apparel products into internal tracking systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review all submission data for completeness and accuracy, reporting any inconsistencies or unusual findings to management.
• Maintain and update departmental submission trackers on a daily basis to reflect current approval status, pending feedback, and next steps.
• Create, monitor, and maintain up-to-date order confirmation boards based on Sales, Production, and client feedback and requirements.
• Communicate product comments, approvals, and required revisions to Design and Development teams clearly and promptly.
• Ensure submission files are updated quickly and correctly according to licensor or client feedback.
