Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and management for regional subcontractors.
• Expand and maintain a strong, reliable supplier base.
• Build relationships with contractors across the Rest of Asia (ROA).
• Ensure subcontractors meet Honeywell standards.
• Partner with Proposal & Estimation teams for high‑quality inputs.
• Validate estimates and identify risks.
• Support competitive bid strategies.
• Lead negotiations including rate‑card development.
