Join our client’s team as a Sub Agent with Hire Resolve, where you’ll be instrumental in overseeing and managing construction projects to ensure successful completion within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Site Agent in supervising and managing construction sites. Contribute to project planning and programming to enhance production efficiency. Coordinate with stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedules. Manage project finances, including cost control and budgeting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Attend site meetings and provide updates to the Site Agent and project team.
