Student Wellbeing & Engagement Leader

Stockland Green School is seeking a committed Pastoral Leader to support the wellbeing and personal development of students. This role focuses on building relationships with students and working with families to ensure each student thrives academically and personally.

The successful candidate will lead pastoral support, monitor student behaviour and attendance, and collaborate with teaching staff to deliver outstanding care. A passion for supporting young people and strong communication skills are essential.
