Student Support Officer cum Receptionist- MOE Secondary School (JOB REF - TDRAWE-2026-06-001)

This is a full‑time, onsite, Student Support Officer cum Receptionist role in an MOE Secondary School. If chosen, you will work closely with the VP, AMs/AE and School Leaders in the day‑to‑day activities of the school located near Bukit Gombak MRT.

• Support the Student Development Team (SDT) in student management matters, including case management such as locating and managing students in holding rooms during case management (missing students, meltdowns, discipline cases).
• Support SDT to take statements from students as part of case management.
• Supervise student detention and in‑school suspension.
• Supervise / engage students with additional needs (SwANs) – selected case support.
• Assist to review CCTV footage for case management.
• Assist the Case Management Team (CMT) to maintain records of all cases.
