Student Support Mentor (UAEN)

Position Overview The Student Success Mentor (SSM) serves as the primary mentor, facilitator, and cohort leader for a group of approximately 2530 scholarship students participating in the Student Program. The SSM is responsible for supporting student engagement, attendance, participation, project-based learning, and overall student well-being throughout the program. Acting as a mentor and facilitator, the SSM guides students through workshops, discussions, team activities, and a cohort-based mini-project, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and readiness required for a successful transition to university life abroad. The Student Success Mentor plays a critical role in creating a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment while fostering leadership, collaboration, cultural awareness, and personal growth among participants.
