About the Role
Our Student Services Officer role is a fast paced, varied, challenging and rewarding role, with no day the same!
You are part of a first line support team at the heart of the school, responsible for delivering a variety of areas of student support. The main responsibilities will be for activities and residential accommodation, as well as all aspects of customer care in the student journey at Stafford House International.
We’re a vibrant English Language School, based in the Cambridge and our Student Services Officer are based in our school’s Reception. We welcome hundreds of young adults from overseas each year. We provide English language courses and support students with their accommodation, safety and well-being. We also offer a wide range of activities and excursions. As Student Services Officer, you will be the first port-of-call for their questions ranging from checking them in/out, accommodation queries, to adjusting to life in Cambridge.
