About the Role
Position Summary
The Community & Engagement Student Supervisor (Student Services Assistant II) for the MRULE-ICA Program is responsible for leading, educating, and supervising a team of diverse undergraduate student leaders called Intercultural Aides (ICAs) in the Multi-Racial Unity Living Experience-Intercultural Aide (MRULE-ICA) program within Residence Education & Housing Services in the pedagogy of building inclusive communities within the residence halls to promote institutional learning goals.
Characteristic Duties & Responsibilities
+ Educate and train undergraduate student staff in the pedagogy of building inclusive communities with a world embracing global perspectives that encompass institutional undergraduate learning goals: Analytical Thinking, Cultural Understanding, Effective Citizenship, Effective Communication, and Integrative Reasoning
