Global Securities area is part of Global Markets, within the Structured Products business line. Its mission is to design, establish, and manage the legal and operational frameworks that enable BBVA to issue structured securities, repackaging transactions, and securitization vehicles, ensuring that products, issuance platforms and programs operate efficiently.

• Support the operational management and coordination of issuers and structured securities issuance programs, including repackaging and securitization platforms.
• Ensure the proper execution of processes related to the setup, maintenance, and issuance of structured products in full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
