Structural Steel Fitter/Fabricator - 2nd Shift Pay: $25-30/hr. Shift: Monday – Friday 3:30pm to 11:30pm Description We are seeking detail oriented and experienced Structural Steel Fitters/Fabricators for our growing Steel Fabrication team in Richmond, VA. The Structural Steel Fitters/Fabricators will fit and assemble structural framework, components, and materials such as angle iron, plates, WF sections, and other steel shapes and components. Requirements Must pass all tack test FCAW Superior level layout and math skills Complete understanding of pre-heat functions Ability to set-up and use track torch is required Works in compliance with safety policies and procedures Must be flexible to work any schedule needed including overtime and Saturdays as needed Job Duties Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits together fabricated parts of structural metal products according to blueprint and layout specifications Safely operate overhead cranes Properly fit mill to bear parts such as stiffe...
